Abdi İbrahim Foundation's "Cesur Kulaçlar" Project Enters Fourth Term

Abdi İbrahim Vakfı's social responsibility project for children with Down syndrome, "Brave Wings," is launching its fourth term swimming programme to run from 7 March – 27 June 2026. The programme aims to support children's physical, social and cognitive development.

Every Wing in the Water, A Strengthened Future
The Brave Wings project, initiated in 2021, enables children with Down syndrome to establish a secure relationship with water while supporting their multifaceted development. Beyond swimming instruction, the programme builds children's confidence, strengthens social skills and develops their ability to move independently.

Concrete Results and Sustainable Model
Progress recorded in the previous three terms in areas such as children's physical endurance, coordination and social adaptation demonstrates that the project is a sustainable and effective model. Positive feedback from families supports the tangible impact of the programme on children.
