3M Named Among Turkey's Best Employers for the Third Time

Following research conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, which identifies companies with employee-focused management practices and strong institutional cultures with significant human impact, 3M Turkey has been named one of Turkey's Best Employers for the third consecutive year. In the study, which evaluated companies across five different groups based on employee count, 3M qualified to receive the Turkey's Best Employer award in the category of companies with 500-2,000 employees. The study analyzed concepts inherent to GPTW philosophy such as trust, respect, fairness, pride and teamwork. Additionally, factors of diversity, originality, inclusivity, human touch and integrity in Human Resources practices were instrumental in the award decision. 3M CEO Mert Büyükyazgan expressed great satisfaction and pride in receiving the Turkey's Best Employer award, particularly for the third consecutive year, stating: "Throughout our journey with an institutional culture that has science in its DNA and people always at its focus, we have always built a relationship with our employees based on trust and transparency.
