CFO Change at Allianz Türkiye: Çağrı Sinmez Takes Over the Role from Ersin Pak
A senior management change has taken place at Allianz Türkiye. Çağrı Sinmez, who has been serving as Director of Strategy, Financial Planning and Control, will assume the role of Deputy CEO of Finance (CFO) at Allianz Türkiye as of 1 September 2026. Current CFO Ersin Pak will take up the position of CEO of Allianz Greece as of the same date.

Within the framework of senior management appointments within the Allianz Group, Allianz Turkey's finance organization has undergone a reshuffle.
Çağrı Sinmez, who has served as Director of Strategy, Financial Planning and Control at Allianz Turkey since 2019, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Allianz Turkey as of 1 September 2026.
In his new role, Sinmez will lead Allianz Turkey's finance organization. In addition to critical processes such as strategic and financial planning, monitoring and reporting of financial performance, he will be responsible for aligning the company's strategic and financial priorities with Allianz Group objectives.
Ersin Pak becomes new CEO of Allianz Greece
Ersin Pak, serving as CFO at Allianz Turkey, will begin his role as CEO of Allianz Greece as of 1 September 2026.
Pak, with over 20 years of experience within the Allianz Group, has held various responsibilities in acquisitions, mergers, integration processes and transformation programmes. Pak has also held senior management positions in life, pension and general insurance.
Who is Çağrı Sinmez?
Çağrı Sinmez, a graduate of Bilkent University's Department of Industrial Engineering, holds the internationally recognized CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation.
Sinmez has served as Director of Strategy, Financial Planning and Control at Allianz Turkey since 2019. With his new role, he will take on responsibility for Allianz Turkey's financial strategy and performance management.
