Wanhua, which has TDI and MDI-based cast polyurethane prepolymers in its product portfolio, produces these prepolymers using PPG Ether, PTMEG Ether, Polyester, and Polycaprolactone type polyols. It is possible to produce robust, long-lasting, and durable elastomer products with these prepolymers, which have a wide hardness range from 60 ShA to 62 ShD hardness. Wanhua, which produces using high-quality TDI and MDI type isocyanates of its own production, formulates these isocyanates with high-quality polyols. On the basis of data from R&D laboratories, user feedback, and sectoral developments, Wanhua continues its R&D and improvement activities on all its products.
