Şenlikoğlu

Almost 70 years ago in 1949, the grandfather of the Şenlikoğlu family started the first activities of what is today the Şenlikoğlu business in a small atelier in İstanbul. Today, Şenlikoğlu operates in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone near İstanbul (Tekirdağ), where there are 291 industrial firms (37 foreign). Şenlikoğlu is an engineering and manufacturing company with wide international experience. In the last decade, Şenlikoğlu has exported over 80% of its output to various countries including the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Şenlikoğlu's headcount is 44. The workforce comprises loyal managerial, administrative and technical employees who have been working at the company for a long time. The number of technical employees who directly work in manufacturing is 28. 18 of these people hold advanced degrees such as PhDs, Bachelors, and technical high school diplomas, all directly related to operations. The facility in Tekirdağ is located in a well-established organized industrial zone 100 kilometres from İstanbul. The manufacturing facility is built on an open area of around 8,500 m² and a closed area of around 5,000 m². It comprises a manufacturing area, a storage area and an administrative building. The administrative building with a closed area of over 1,500 m² was built in 2018. Şenlikoğlu manufactures stainless steel equipment and commissions plants for its customers in the chemicals, food and pharmaceutical industries. It also offers engineering services for the establishment and revision of facilities. Şenlikoğlu manufactures a diversified set of products including pressure vessels, reactors and blenders, storage tanks and silos, mixing tanks and mixers, heat exchangers, special process equipment and pilot reactors and plants.

Şenlikoğlu also commissions complete plants such as emulsion polymerization plants, polyurethane plants, plasticizer plants, EPS plants, acrylic resins plants, alkyd resins plants, polyester resins plants, melamine resins plants and urea formaldehyde plants.

Şenlikoğlu offers engineering services in mechanical design according to 97/23/EC and EN 13445, thermal design and computational fluid dynamics analysis on mixing vessels. Detailed mechanical and thermal designs are made using the latest software in conformity with international standards, using international codes ASME, EN and API. 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Solidworks are used in project design and workshop drawings. Mechanical calculations of process equipment are executed based on data sheets, design conditions and drawings provided by the customer, using related calculation software, codes and norms. Şenlikoğlu is equipped with modern manufacturing machinery and equipment such as CNC cutting machines, bending machines, and welding machines used for techniques including TIG, MAG, and SAW. With a team of EN ISO 9606 and ASME Sec. IX certified welders and welding engineers, and qualified according to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and EN ISO 3834-2, an accredited international certification for the certification of welders, qualification of welding procedures and certification of welding shops and welding companies. Şenlikoğlu uses the below materials in its fabrication projects based on WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) documents: • Austenitic Stainless Steels (304L, 316L, 316Ti, etc.) • Carbon Steel The Research and Development division simulates agitator types and reactor systems with specialized computer software for the chemical industry using the theoretical framework of finite element analysis. To date, Şenlikoğlu has exported over 80% of its output to more than 20 countries in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.
