Efficacy Tests

Physavie has been tested on more than 10 inflammatory markers that increase sensitivity in sensitive and/or sensitized skin, and clinical studies have confirmed it provides soothing effects equivalent to Hydrocortisone. When exposed to UVA/UVB and blue light, levels of procollagen, type I collagen and glycosaminoglycan proteins decrease, while activity of MMP-1 and PMN elastase enzymes increases. Clinical studies with Physavie demonstrated that Physavie stimulates release of procollagen, type I collagen and glycosaminoglycans and prevents skin damage from MMP-1 and PMN elastase enzymes. Physavie therefore provides anti-thermal aging effects.
