Machines for Paint Industries

High Speed Dissolvers These dissolvers are either mounted or platform mounted after a certain capacity. They can be used with fixed vessels or movable (mobile) vessels. In addition to our standard models, they can be produced for your projects according to your desired capacity and engine power. They feature variable speed adjustment with Frequency Inverter technology. They can move up and down over their bodies with an electro-hydraulic system and can perform mixing at the desired height. They have cooling engines adapted to the main electric motor, which allows long-term operation at low speeds. Time-adjusted mixing capability is included as a standard feature. Optional specifications include vessel side and bottom scraper system, movable and automatic vacuum system, ex-proof design in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, double-disc type, temperature measurement system, automatic up and down of the dissolver according to the product level in the mixing vessel, load-cell weighing system, and recipe-controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control system. Basket-Mill Machines The milling basket with superior wet milling feature used in the machine is designed to ensure high milling efficiency of the product. Thanks to its high-efficiency product flow, the disc, which acts as a pump and is located under the milling basket, contributes to dispersion and completes the operation effectively in a short time. Both the milling basket and the vessel jacket provide effective temperature control. All surfaces in contact with product are made of stainless steel. The milling beads in the basket play a crucial role in this machine. It features variable-speed adjustment with frequency inverter technology. Horizontal Crushing Machine The machine uses two types of high-performance horizontal milling systems. Effective performance can be achieved with both pin/peg or disc systems, which can be selected according to the product to be milled. Designed for nano-scale milling of powder raw materials in liquids with its fully enclosed, sealed design for fast and effective transition. The machine can be controlled via PLC or standard control system. Machines with the PLC system allow operational data such as temperature, energy consumption, milling process control and recipe management to be managed easily. The machine provides effective passage and discharge by creating a perfect centrifuge effect with its dynamic separator feature in the mechanical seal system for the milled product. All parts used in the milling chamber such as pins/pegs or discs are easy to replace during maintenance. Ex-proof design in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIb T4 standards and recipe-controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control system are optional. Filling and Weighing Machines The machine is equipped with a pumping system as standard. The level detection system in its own filling vessel automatically activates and deactivates the pump until the product in the production vessel runs out and keeps the filling tank full. Weighing and filling quantity inputs are made electronically with the help of the load cell and indicator system, which is standard. An intelligent indicator system makes automatic calibration for each filling and performs very precise filling. All surfaces that come into contact with liquid such as machine vessel, filling nozzles, and level measuring rod are manufactured from AISI 304-L quality stainless steel. The machine is supplied with two different filling nozzles for small and large fillings. The machine is manufactured on a wheeled chassis as standard, allowing it to be moved to the desired location. The height of the weighing scale in which the empty container is placed is designed to be adjustable. The machine requires 6 bars of compressed air to operate. Paint Production Line It is established for companies with a production capacity between 500 tons/year and 50,000 tons/year, depending on requirements. Specially handled according to paint category and production characteristics. The whole system adopts advanced production technology with material feeding system, dispensing system, disperser and grinding system, cleaning system, automatic control system, automatic filling system, etc., evaluated as individual machines or as an automatic production line. It can also be designed and produced as Ex-Proof according to all system requirements. In such systems, raw material feeding is carried out with automatic powder and liquid transport systems. T.
