MG 500 Powder Coating Gun

• A lightweight and ergonomic design delivers a fatigue-free pistol. During the development phase of the MG 500, these criteria received priority. The MG 500 weighs only 510 g. • The sealed gun body design ensures long service life and superior reliability. This feature allows all metallic powder coatings to be sprayed without an additional module. • With the integrated high-voltage cascade of 100 kV, high transfer efficiency and optimum, consistent results are achieved during application. • The manual gun pistol grip is easily removable, enabling economical and rapid conversion to automatic operation.
