IPP acquires UK site from Lubrizol

International Process Plants (IPP), a top provider of used and new process plants and equipment, announced that it has acquired The Lubrizol Corporation's idle Warwick Chemical Mostyn, Wales, UK facility. This strategic move affirms IPP's commitment to assisting multinational manufacturers exit their surplus assets in a sustainable way so they can concentrate on their core businesses while relying on IPP's expertise to redeploy the assets and create new opportunities for the local workforce and community. The Warwick Chemical Mostyn facility has strong infrastructure suitable for a variety of chemical applications. It formerly produced stain removal ingredients for detergent products. The site and its basic infrastructure will be made available for redevelopment to meet the needs of the local community as IPP plans to sustainably redeploy these assets to its client facilities around the world.
