According to the disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Ülker's performance in the first half of the year continued to be supported by investments in exports, innovation, sustainability and digital transformation.
11.4% Growth in Export Volume
Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı, emphasizing Turkey's role as an important production and export hub, stated in his assessment of the first half of the year that exports from Turkey achieved 11.4% growth in volume compared to the same period of the previous year.
Kölükfakı said, "In the first six months of the year, we maintained our leadership in the snacks sector in Turkey and in the biscuits market in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We completed the first half of 2026 with TRY 63 billion in revenue. In line with our 'Where Ülker is, Happiness is' approach, we continue to create value for our consumers, business partners and country through our strong brands, innovative products, sustainability efforts and contributions to society."

Expanded Portfolio with New Products
Kölükfakı, noting that they focus on consumer expectations and changing consumption habits, said they continue product development efforts that appeal to different lifestyles.
Among the products launched to the market in the first half of 2026 were Ülker Chocolate Hazelnut Dream Tablet, Ülker Chocolate 90% Dark, Albeni Mosaic, Hanımeller Lemon Sauce Cookie, Dankek Mini Roll and Çizi Big Bang.
The company, which continues to grow in the functional snacks category, introduced Peanut and Taco Flavored Protein Chips products under the Go Ahead brand to consumers.
Sustainable Agriculture Projects Continue
Kölükfakı stated that they view sustainability as one of the company's core business practices and emphasized the steady continuation of projects supporting agricultural production.
The company continues to provide training, technical equipment and seedling support to producers within the scope of Regenerative Agriculture in Wheat, More from Hazelnuts and More from Cocoa projects. Additionally, efforts are being made to reduce environmental impact in packaging design processes, with all plastic packaging designed for recycling.
Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Investments Continue
Ülker continues to expand digital transformation efforts across all processes from production to sales, marketing to supply chain.
The company aims to achieve improvements in data management, cost optimization and operational efficiency by integrating IoT (Internet of Things), Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence applications into its operations.
In this context, the Artificial Intelligence Transformation Office and Artificial Intelligence Steering Committee established are among the important building blocks of the company's artificial intelligence-driven growth strategy.
Continues Support for Sports and Education
Ülker continues its social investments in sports and education in line with its "Make Others Happy, Be Happy" approach.
The company provided support to the National Men's Football Team during the World Cup process and became the three-year official sponsor of the Basketball National Teams under an agreement with the Turkish Basketball Federation. Additionally, Ülker assumed naming sponsorship of the Basketball Youth League and ensured that three halls used by youth teams at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center are called Ülker Youth Training Centers.
In the field of education, the company provided main support to the "Child at the Heart of Education – Ramadan Festival" and "Child at the Heart of Education – 23 April Children's Village" projects implemented by the Ministry of National Education.
Kölükfakı stated that in the coming period, they will continue to create value for the Turkish economy and stakeholders through production, employment and exports, as well as sustainable growth, innovation, digitalization and artificial intelligence investments.
