UIB's Exports Reach $2.157 Billion in July

UİB announced its July export figures. UİB, which exported USD 2 billion 157 million in July, achieved USD 31 billion 598 million in exports over the previous 12-month period. Commenting on July's export figures, a UİB official stated, "Despite negative impacts from demand changes and contractions in our main automotive export market Europe and an important market in the US, as well as the extended holiday period, our export performance continued to grow. We continued production despite the extended holiday with our textile, ready-made clothing, fruit-vegetable and fresh produce exporter associations. We are experiencing significant problems particularly in agriculture following the pandemic. At a time when everyone is drawing attention to food and water crises, we must take necessary measures now. I thank our exporters who continue to produce despite all challenges."

OİB exports USD 1.7 billion

In July, Uludağ Automotive Industry Exporters Association (OİB) achieved exports of USD 1 billion 742 million, up 3 percent. OİB's 12-month performance was announced at USD 25 billion 834 million, up 2 percent.

UTİB exports USD 90 million

Uludağ Textile Exporters Association (UTİB) recorded exports of USD 90 million 159 thousand in July. UTİB's 12-month export performance reached USD 1 billion 430 million, up 17 percent.

UHKİB posts USD 87 million in exports

In July, Uludağ Ready-Made Clothing and Apparel Exporters Association (UHKİB) achieved exports of USD 87 million 540 thousand, up 4 percent compared to the same month last year. UHKİB's 12-month exports were announced at USD 1 billion 105 million, up 24 percent.

UMSMİB exports USD 19 million

In July, Uludağ Fruit and Vegetable Products Exporters Association (UMSMİB) exported USD 19 million, up 2 percent compared to the same month last year. Over the 12-month period, UMSMİB achieved exports of USD 254 million 256 thousand, up 17 percent.

UYMSİB posts USD 8.9 million in exports

Uludağ Fresh Produce Exporters Association (UYMSİB) recorded exports of USD 8 million 982 thousand in July. UYMSİB's 12-month export performance reached USD 138 million 943 thousand. Meanwhile, July exports from sectors recorded through UİB and listed under 'other' categories were announced at USD 208 million 318 thousand.
