The transaction carried out by the company represents the world's first Working Capital Note application executed and financed in the Digital Negotiable Instrument (DNI) format.

First Step of USD 250 Million Global Program Launched
Under the global program targeting a total size of USD 250 million, the first transaction was financed by İş Bankası UK with an initial tranche of USD 500,000.
The system, developed using Faturalab platform and ETR Digital's Flownote™ technology, was deployed within just 10 business days.
Digital Financing Model Enhances Operational Efficiency
The financing model, which enables rapid and secure creation of digital policies, supports operational efficiency by integrating with existing payment processes.
The system also allows more effective utilization of working capital assets between trade finance and capital markets, creating a more flexible financing structure for companies.
