Sieyuan Electric Signs Energy Storage Agreement Exceeding 4.5 GWh in Romania
Sieyuan Electric, one of the global leaders in power technology and energy storage solutions, signed a 2.5 GWh energy storage agreement with a leading Romanian energy developer on 18 March 2026. Combined with another GWh-scale project secured earlier this month, this agreement brings the company's total contracted capacity in Romania to over 4.5 GWh.

Combined with another GWh-scale project secured earlier this month, this agreement brings the company's total contracted capacity in Romania to over 4.5 GWh.
The projects comprise turnkey Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions encompassing lithium battery packs, power conversion systems, transformers, medium-voltage switchgear and advanced energy management systems. All systems are designed to comply with European safety, performance and grid integration standards.
