Schold Manufacturing Acquires EMI Mills Industrial processing equipment supplier Schold Manufacturing announced its acquisition of EMI Mills, a company specializing in bead mills, mixers and dispersers. Schold stated that EMI Mills' expertise in fine particle technology will enable it to offer its customers a broader range of solutions. Vice President John Duong said, "EMI Mills was a strategic acquisition because production mills in many facilities are paired with Schold pre-mixing equipment. We can now offer our customers a more integrated sales and support ecosystem as a single company. Additionally, EMI will help Schold enter new sectors." Source
