Hull Street Energy Expands Milepost Power Portfolio with Acquisition of Two Peaker Plants in PJM

Hull Street Energy, LLC ("HSE") has agreed to acquire two power plants from Rockland Capital, LP: the 677 MW natural gas turbine Lee County Generating Station in Illinois and the 586 MW dual-fuel Tait Electric Generating Station in Ohio.
Hull Street Energy, LLC ("HSE") agreed to acquire two power plants from Rockland Capital, LP: the 677 MW natural gas turbine Lee County Generating Station in Illinois and the 586 MW dual-fuel Tait Electric Generating Station in Ohio.
The Lee and Tait facilities are strategically positioned in the constrained PJM electricity market to provide capacity and operational flexibility, as supply-demand dynamics tighten and the need for reliable, fast-start generation sources that support grid stability increases.
The transaction is expected to close within this year, subject to regulatory approvals. Upon completion of the acquisition, HSE will own approximately 5,000 MW of high-efficiency, reliable natural gas and dual-fuel generation capacity within the Milepost Power fleet and will become one of the country's largest independent power producers.
