The company is targeting 24% growth in Turkey in 2026.
Cosentino supplies high-performance surface solutions for a wide range of applications, from wet areas to exterior cladding, kitchens to commercial projects, and has a global annual production capacity of 13 million square metres. The company, which brings its products to users in more than 120 countries, places innovation at the centre of its growth strategy and allocates approximately 5% of global revenue to research and development.
Alper Şensan, Cosentino Turkey Country Manager, made the following comments on the company's global performance:
"As Cosentino, we have demonstrated strong growth performance particularly in the Middle East and Asia markets in recent years. Turkey has become one of the important building blocks of this growth. In 2025, our Turkish sales showed an 18% increase on a square-metre basis. With demand from luxury residential, hotel and upper-segment commercial projects, as well as the contribution of our new product launches, we are targeting 24% growth in 2026."

Turkey in a Strategic Position in Cosentino's Global Supply Chain
Turkey plays a critical role in Cosentino's global production processes. A significant portion of the raw materials used in the company's product development and manufacturing processes is sourced from Turkey. In particular, quartz, feldspar and various silica-based industrial minerals are sourced primarily from reserves in the Aegean Region and processed at production facilities in Spain.
Alper Şensan emphasised that Turkey is not only an important market for Cosentino but also a strategic supply centre:
"We source approximately 70% of the raw materials we use in our product development processes from Turkey. In particular, quartz and various types of minerals are used in the production of our Dekton and Silestone products. Turkey holds a strategic position within the group thanks to its strong supply infrastructure, advanced project ecosystem and design-focused approach."

Demand Growing for Dekton and Silestone in Luxury Projects
Demand from luxury residential and hotel projects has played a decisive role in Cosentino's growth in Turkey. Surface solutions that combine aesthetic appearance with high technical performance are increasingly preferred in upper-segment projects.
The company has recorded strong growth particularly in exterior cladding applications and floor and wall coverings categories, while also increasing its market share in applications beyond kitchen countertops.
Among the most in-demand product groups in the Turkish market are the Dekton Pietra Kode and Silestone Le Chic series. These products, which stand out with their high durability, wide design options and hygienic properties, attract significant interest particularly in kitchen and bathroom applications.
Growth Potential Continues in Hotel and Residential Segments
Cosentino anticipates that growth in the hotel and residential segments in particular will continue in the coming period. The company assesses that there is growth potential at the 15% level in this area over the next three years, while also expecting increased demand for surface solutions that combine aesthetics and durability in commercial projects.
Continuing its sustainability, innovation and design-focused growth strategy, Cosentino aims to increase its effectiveness in the project market in Turkey and further strengthen its strategic position in the global production chain.
