Axalta Introduces High-Durability Epoxy Primer Paint

Axalta introduced PercoTop® CS388 SupraSand high-performance epoxy primer paint for its European customers. This primer and filler can be applied directly to metal surfaces, eliminating the need for putty or electrocoating.

Even when used with a thicker film than other epoxy primer paints, Axalta's PercoTop CS388 high-performance epoxy primer can reduce drying and sanding times by up to 50%.

This primer paint provides superior corrosion and moisture protection and is easily applied using common spray equipment available on the market. The primer thus delivers an excellent combination of protection and efficiency. PercoTop CS388 is ideal for use on commercial vehicles such as trailers, buses and large trucks.
