Veser, which delivers the Wannate brand hot cast polyurethane prepolymers of Wanhua, one of the biggest isocyanate producers in the world, primarily to manufacturers in Turkey will begin to offer these systems soon to manufacturers located in Eastern Europe, the Russian Confederation, the Middle East, and Northern Africa.
Wanhua, which has TDI and MDI-based cast polyurethane prepolymers in its product portfolio, produces these prepolymers using PPG Ether, PTMEG Ether, Polyester, and Polycaprolactone type polyols. It is possible to produce robust, long-lasting, and durable elastomer products with these prepolymers, which have a wide hardness range from 60 ShA to 62 ShD hardness.
Wanhua, which produces by using high-quality TDI and MDI type isocyanates of its own production, formulates these isocyanates with high-quality polyols. Considering the data from the R&D laboratory, user feedback, and sectoral developments, Wanhua continues its R&D and improvement activities on all its products.
