Univar Solutions Acquired Vicom Univar Solutions is expanding its global offerings with the acquisition of Vicom, a Spanish specialty distributor. Univar Solutions Inc. ("Vicom"), a leading regional specialty chemicals distributor in Spain and Portugal. The Vicom acquisition will broaden the Company's already robust specialty portfolio of coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE) offerings by expanding its range of additive solutions and providing more sustainable options in Europe.
