Thor Tinting
With the patented Thor developed by Alfa Dispensing, you can prepare 100 ml samples, unlike conventional tinting machines. Smart unit designed with innovative technologies to reduce total cost of ownership, suitable for low-medium productivity points of sale.
Ergonomic design; Thor Tinting is a dispenser able to work with the traditional tinting system, able to tint from 100 cc samples up to 20 l cans, expandable for production of color testers, starting from an empty can, adding on the bases module, all this in 0,5 sqm.
Lower TCO; develop, produce and distribute only high quality smart units, designed to avoid downtime, increase the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) by making the equipment easier to operate and maintain.
Dispensing technology; Alfa’s patented pump dispense any kind of colorants, including zero VOC, water and universal based, with absolute precision and repeatability. The innovative design of the seal-free piston, removes the requirement for calibration, as well as eliminates costs associated with maintaining or replacing mechanical seals.
Thor Tinting is the only traditional dispensing unit with modular design to add on the Master Module with up to 5 semifinished products circuits. This design allows to upgrade the unit at any time, to work combined with Tinting and Master System.
*Master Module and Master System is the service provided by ALFA to reduce the bases used for a series to a single base.
The Thor Tinting is a smart unit equipped with an embedded computer, electronic boards and sensors for all main components, allowing a bi-directional communication in real time from remote.
The dispenser can be operate by means of Alfa’s native software or by interfacing it with your actual software.

With Color Tester, you can produce 100 cc paint samples for your customers wherever you want, without the need for an operator.
The Color Tester is a smart, user-friendly device designed to satisfy the ongoing quest for better service and engaging customer experience. Consumers can purchase 100 cc samples in full autonomy, reducing the waiting time and the need for an operator.
When placed in high traffic locations, such as shopping malls, the Color Tester acts as a sales promoter, directing new customers to the existing points of sale and increasing their sales of colored paint. It also promotes and increases the visibility of your brand outside traditional channel.
The main barrier stopping customer from purchasing paint online, is the low confidence in choosing color through a screen, as there is not yet a reliable and standard way for visualizing it.
Samples eliminate this barrier, allowing customers to test the color directly on their walls and then order online the quantity needed to finish the job, simply using the color code
printed on each can.
The Color Tester acts as a sales promoter and the samples produced act as liquid color cards, allowing consumers to assess the paint in the environment where it will be used, giving them confidence about the choice made.
