New CT system with a wide range of applications and maximum ease of use
The ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan combines compact design with powerful technology. With a 450 kV system, it can reliably detect defects in large, high-density parts and complex multi-material assemblies measuring up to 590 x 700 mm.
Its high resolution of 1,500 W and a 3k-detector allow for detailed inspection of dense parts. This makes the ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan suitable for a wide range of applications that require efficiency and quality, such as battery modules, stators, turbine blades, and electronic parts.
One of the key advantages of the ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan is its integration with the ZEISS Quality Suite. This allows for a comprehensive workflow using the Volume Inspect software, from operating the CT to inspecting 3D volume data sets and creating the final report.
The software also provides access to additional features, including the ZEISS Automated Defect Detection (ZADD), an optional software solution for AI-based automated defect detection, which further optimizes scanning processes.
Despite its high performance, the ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan has a compact design, occupying a small installation area of only 750 x 2,350 x 1,750 mm. This makes it ideal for installation in quality laboratories or near production lines.
