Kimpur aims to contribute to both nature and the circular economy by using sustainable resources in its production processes, and continues to increase the diversity of its sustainable products by investing in the R&D projects.
Polyurethane systems produced by Kimpur are utilized in footwear, automotive, furniture, insulation-construction, heating-cooling and defense industries. Now, with its new bio-based polyols, it further strengthens its sustainable product range and increases its competitive edge in global markets.

The responsibilities for companies to develop more sustainable products are increasing with each passing day. In the polyurethane sector, the demand for materials obtained from renewable resources is gaining momentum.
Bio-based polyols, which are a significant component in increasing the renewable content of these materials, are synthesized from natural oil polyols (NOP) or biopolymers derived from vegetable oils using different methods.
Kimpur synthesizes high functionality bio-based polyols and utilizes the raw material obtained in sandwich panel, refrigerator and cold room panel formulas.
Thus, it contributes to nature and produces sustainable solutions for the product life cycle of its customers. Kimpur has added three new products to its environmentally friendly product range, each with superior advantages, using bio-based raw materials in sandwich panel systems, refrigerator systems and cold room systems at the rate of 20%, 30% and 30%, respectively.
