In Vivo Test (Wrinkle Visibility);
• Test area : corners of eyes of a healthy person (n=12)
• Method:
◊ Apply a base gel containing 5% Immedeline PG-GL on the corners of the eyes;
◊ Take pictures with VC98 and VISIA after different time;
◊ Data analysis and processing, SEr skin roughness parameter; SEw skin wrinkle parameter.
In Vivo test results show that Immedeline PG- GL ;
• Increases the skin smoothness more than % 30 in 5 minutes.
• Decreases the appearance ow wrinkles more approximately 15% in 5 minutes.
• Minimizes the appearance of wrinkles after 2 hours.
• Wrinkle removal effect lasts for 8 hours.
2) Skin Firming Data
In Vivo Test
Test Area: Corners of eyes of a healthy persons(n=25)
• Method:
◊ Apply products containing 2%, 5% and 10% Immedeline PG-GL.
◊ Absorb and dry at room temperature.
◊ Subjectively evaluate whether there is skin firmness or on which side skin firmness is
more obvious.
In Vivo test results show that Immedeline PG- GL ;
• 2% Immedeline PG-GL already has obvious skin firming effect.
• 5%, 10% Immedeline PG-GL produce better skin firmness.
In Vivo Test (Skin Elasticity)
• Test Area: Cheekbones of a healthy person (n=6)
• Method:
◊ Apply a base gel containing 10% Immedeline PG-GL.
◊ Detect skin elasticity with MPA580 at different time points.
◊ Calculate skin elasticity growth rate and analyze statistical differences (R2).
In Vivo test results show that Immedeline PG- GL ;
• After 5 min skin elasticity increses as 16,9%
• After 2 hours, skin elasticity is the best.
• Elasticity increases continuously for 8 hours.
3) Moisturizing Data
In Vivo Test (Skin Moisture)
• Test Area: Arms of healthy person (n=15)
• Method:
◊ Prepare a sample is a 2% aqueous solution of ImmedelinePG-GL.
◊ Detect skin moisture content and TEWL respectively with CM825 and TM300 at 1h, 3h
and 6h after application.
◊ Calculate the change rate of skin moisture related
parameters and analyze statistical differences.
2% Immedeline PG-GL can enhance the moisturizing power of skin.
Applications Immedeline PG-GL can be used in tightening, lifting and instant antiwrinkle products on eye corners, forehead, cheeks, etc.
It has excellent water solubility and is suitable for various formulations such as lotions, essences, gels, creams (face,eye ,neck, etc..) and face masks.
