Lincotek, a global contract manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Danco Medical from Danco Anodizing (Warsaw, IN), bolstering the group's Medical Division. The transaction includes the ISO-13485 certified facility in Warsaw, Indiana, as well as all service activities focused on metal surface finishing for the medical market. Danco Medical (Warsaw, IN) was founded in 1971 in California and 2001 in Indiana to provide complete, one-stop surface preparation and finishing solutions as well as a wide range of product identification methods to medical orthopedic device manufacturers. It also specializes in Aluminum and Titanium Anodizing, as well as ChemFilm, Electropolishing, Passivation Processes, and Low Friction Chrome Coating. Integrated solutions
