Although there are views that accept the Industrial 4.0 revolution as an extension of the third revolution. (Verl, 2017)
1. Speed: This revolution is not linear in contrast to its predecessors, but comes at an exponential rate. It is about the multi-faceted global world that continually produces new and more capable technologies.
2. Width and Depth: This revolution is built on the infrastructure of digital technologies and is progressing with unprecedented paradigms in business, in other segments of society and in individuals, and developing rapid technological changes and equipment. Differences between generations open up more than ever.
3. System Impact: The Industrial 4.0 revolution encompasses an integrated transformation of huge systems around the world, as it develops through a network system where everything can be connected to everything, as well as all management information systems. (Fırat ve Fırat, 2017)
If we look at the three issues that we talk about making the new revolution different from the others, it is seen that the new revolution has an inevitable result rather than an extension of the 3rd Industrial Revolution. In other words, autonomy, which is the most important pillar of Industry 4.0, is the character of the revolution itself.
While technology, which is the product of the differencemaking processes of today’s hyper-competitive market, plays a role as the most important factor of the other processes that make a difference, the collaborative approach created by the competition feeds itself and accelerates the pace of progress.

Such that; The autonomy of autonomy is subject to legal regulations similar to the’ 3 Robot Laws’in the essays of science fiction writer Isaac Asimov.
If it is necessary to bring the substance to its essence before it reaches the Killer Robot.
The rapid development of high technology and increasing international competition are seen as the most important factor of structural change in global economies.
Accordingly, competition leads to technological development, new technologies developed create new opportunities and markets produce new products in order to meet the changing demand.
In other words, changes and transformations in the economy in general depend largely on technological progress.
This process, in which we can easily observe the impacts in many sectors and we are at the beginning, progresses rapidly, development determines the needs of its own infrastructure and rapidly establishes.
At the level of awareness achieved, it is clear that all companies and even governments are striving to take part in the process.
Because change has begun; forms of doing business, occupations, market.
Only those who capture change will survive global competition, and all of this will happen spontaneously.
