ADDEV Materials acquires PARAFIX
Parafix Tapes and Conversions Ltd Has announced that it has recently joined ADDEV Materials Group. Founded in 2006, ADDEV Materials is an international company, with 700 employees, in 15 industrial plants in Europe and North America, with a turnover of 180 million euros in 2022.
ADDEV Materials focuses on two main activities: The converting of technical films, tapes and foams The custom packaging of surface treatments, adhesives and paints ADDEV Materials aims to optimize the industrial performance of its customers in the industries of Aerospace & Defense, Mobility & Power, Healthcare & Hygiene, Industries & Construction.
For Parafix, this partnership with ADDEV Materials Group is fully in line with its strategy to develop value-added converting, and to provide customized adhesive solutions to the most demanding industries.
It will strengthen Parafix’s die-cut capabilities, reinforce its long-standing relationships with world leading adhesive suppliers, and will provide its customers with access to a wider range of product solutions.

Parafix will continue to be run by the existing management team and internal organization, contacts and details remain the same. Previous owner Mike Punter will continue to be involved in the business, accepting a Senior Consultancy role with ADDEV.
