VRX Series Vibratory Surface Finishing Machines Since the beginning of the 90s Kromaş has been producing Vibrating Surface Finishing Machines in Turkey. In the first years when the production of these machines started, machines that we can call the 1st Generation in the form of VM Series were designed and produced successfully until the early 2000s and presented to our customers. Developing production technologies, differentiating customer expectations and, more importantly, the industry experiences of Kromaş paved the way for some improvements in machines and gave birth to our machine series, which we can define as the 2nd Generation VRM Series. These machines have been produced successfully since the beginning of the 2000s and continue to meet the surface treatment needs of their users in 87 different countries on 5 continents. When we come to 2021, we have developed our machines with our experience from the sector and designed our 3rd Generation VRX Series machines and offered them to our customers. As an output of our understanding of continuous improvement; our VRX series machines, which are userfriendly, more efficient, and can operate with less maintenance and operating costs, were also highly appreciated by our customers and took their place as the most up-to-date products of our product range.
Key Differences of the VRX Machine Series
1 - High Performance We can easily say that VRM Series machines are more efficient than their competitors in the market. VRX series work with 10% higher performance compared to VRM series. At this point, we can of course say this by measuring a lot of data and analyzing the results when evaluating performance. Just a few of the data we use when making performance evaluations are as follows. VRM500 VRX500 2 - Automatic Lubrication Applications Our VRX Series machines have automatic lubrication cartridges. Users only need to replace these cartridges once a year, no other lubrication maintenance is required. Automatic Lubrication Applications 3 - Longer Bearing Life By using less weight in our VRX Series machines, we can achieve the required amplitude and kneading angle values for the process. This results in a 30% longer bearing life. 4 - Simplified Pedal Application The pedal system of all our VRX machines without pneumatic pedals has been simplified manually. This pedal system, which is designed to prevent malfunctions, has also eliminated the previous maintenance needs for the relevant parts. 5 - Optimum Bowl Dimensions The optimum channel width and depth for the process has been recalculated and applied for the VRX series. Optimum Bowl Dimensions 6 - Optimum Motor Positions The relationship between the center of gravity of the machine and the point where the motor is connected is designed to be at the optimum level. The determination of this point has a direct effect on the performance of the machine. Water Drain Filters 7 - Water Drain Filters The starting machine of the VRX series is the VRX125 machines with a volume of 125 liters. There are 2 filters as standard for our customers to drain the process water quickly in the whole series, including this volume. İlker Er Technical Deputy Managing Director Rösler Kromaş
