KPM Mühendislik, with the experience of long years, established in 2011 to manufacture chemical and process machinery&equipment for turnkey industrial production plant projects. We serve mainly to paint, paint raw material chemicals, pharmaceutical, food, mineral oil and construction chemicals industries.
We manufacture reactors, mixers, blenders, distillation columns, heat exchangers, dissolvers, dispersers, mixers with columns, laboratory mixers, universal pilot production units, silos, storage tanks, mobile tanks, bag filters, autoclaves, filling machines etc. with also installation and commissioning services.
Small volume laboratory mixers and low capacity pilot production units are very important and greatly necessary for most of the production plants. The recators of these miniature production units are designed with the required capacities between 50 liters to 500 liters.
The other units such as blender, column, condenser, decanter, heating&cooling system, vacuum system etc. are designed according to the capacity of the reactor.
Pilot units are very important for the R&D studies of new products or improvement of the existing products. At the stage of developing the product receipts, these units provides easy operation conditions with exact required raw material usage and minimum energy consumption.
The product loss after wrong receipt applications are very low and it is possible to achive the most economical and problem-free outcome.
Pilot Production Units may be manufactured directly according to the requirements of the customers or may be manufactured as multi purpose universal type. They are installed on a special designed 2 or 3 floor steel platforms and delivered to the customer as a compact system.
Dimensions are calculated according to international transport regulations. The system is designed with bolted connections and can be delivered as unassembled and can be easily erected at the site.
These units include all necessary parts that are exist at a standart chemical plant such as reactor, distilation column, condenser, decanter, blender, filters, pumps, heating system, cooling system, vacuum system, internal piping,
PLC control panel, all internal cable connections and delivered as ready for operation. When it is received at site, after the installation it can be easily operated by arranging the main energy supplies without any other requirements.
Pilot Production Units may be manufactured as Ex-proof or non Ex-proof according to the requirement of the customer. In chemical industry, explosive materials are mostly used during the production, so generally Ex-proof units are required. In this case, all the system consist of Ex-proof parts and equipments with Atex certification.
Thermal oil system is used for the heating of the Pilot Production Units. Thermal oil is heated by the compact design resistance type thermal oil generator and it is the circulated in the system by the thermal oil pumps.
Pilot Production Unit may be connected to the existing cooling system at the factories such as cooling towers or chiller systems. If there is no such system at the plant, small compact chiller system may be provided for the system.
Automation systems used are consist of Siemens S7-1200 PLC system, Siemens touchpad panel, ABB frequency invertor and Siemens or Schneider brand electrical parts.
