Innovative and Sustainable Product Range from Kimpur
Kimpur, one of the leading companies in the polyurethane sector with 39 years of experience, continues to expand its innovative and sustainable product range with its investments in R&D.
Kimpur announced that two new products have been added to the KIMplus Auxiliary Materials product range that provides superior advantages when used together and launched at the International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies (AYSAF) which held at Istanbul Expo Center on November 16-19: KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants and KIMrelease R Series New Generation Mold Release Agents.
Kimpur, introduced its new products which it defines as the 'Perfect Duo' in the sector as well as the latest polyurethane solutions.
Kimpur, whose polyurethane systems are used in footwear, automotive, furniture, insulation-construction, and heating-cooling industries, has added two innovative, high-performance new products to its KIMplus Auxiliary Materials product range.
The company introduced KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants and KIMrelease R Series New Generation Mold Release Agents, which are sustainable and provides superior advantages when used together, to industry professionals at the launch it made at AYSAF.
New product range providing energy saving and cost advantage
Playing a leading role in the sector with the products it has developed, Turkey's 100% domestic polyurethane systems manufacturer Kimpur introduced two new products together to the market:
KIMrelease R Series New Generation Release Agents, which creates a layer between the mold to allow the product to be easily separated from the mold, and does not require the use of washing and perchloroethylene during production, as well as KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants, which is used to color polyurethane systems.
When this Perfect Duo is used together, they show higher performance and eliminate the washing process and the associated solvent use, labor, and energy costs in the production process of customers. Thus, besides the cost advantage,they prevent the harmful effects of the process on the environment and human health.
KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants, with their plasticizer-free form, provide an opaque surface appearance without migration and bleeding, and eliminates the color fluctuation problem encountered in colorants containing plasticizers.
With KIMreactive Liquid Colorants, which do not contain VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and whichare environmentally friendly, it becomes easier to obtain polyurethane soles with much higher UV resistance, especially with the high use of white colors.
It is highly suitable for use compared to traditional liquid colorants and since it reacts with isocyanate, it allows more dominant colors to emerge without any decomposition and bleeding. Kimpur's new innovative products can be easily adjusted with raw material working rates and thus do not disrupt the polyurethane foam structure.

Kimpur, which has been awarded the R&D Center certificate by the Ministry of Industry and Technology as from May 2017, made its launching at the International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies withtwo new innovative and sustainable products that it added to its KIMplus Auxiliary Materials product range, as well as another product that will make a lot of noise in the sector.
With the KIMfoot New Generation PU System created by Kimpur after successful R&D studies, it will now be possible to design one-piece slippers, which has been the fashion design of recent years, by using polyurethane material.
In addition to KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants, KIMrelease R Series New Generation Mold Release Agents and
KIMfoot New Generation PU System, At AYSAF, Kimpur brought together visitors and industry professionals with many of its products, including products of the KIMfoot footwear range like low density slipper systems, low density sports shoe sole systems, fussbett systems, safety shoe sole systems, boot systems and EVA.
