Graco Husky Air and Electric Diaphragm Pumps from Sisdoz
Today, Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps (AODP) are used in a wide range of products,
especially pure acids, water treatment and ceramic sludge, chemical solution, oil, fuel, solvent, alcohol derivatives, food and pharmaceutical raw materials, and the most difficult and corrosive fluids.
It is widely used in applications such as transfer, circulation and non-precise dosing applications, spray gun feeding in paint applications. Positive displacement air operated diaphragm pumps are preferred more and more day by day due to their simple and reliable
structure, ease of use, maintenance, low investment and operating costs.
Quiet and effective electric diaphragm pumps have now been added to the Graco Husky product range, with the same features as air diaphragm pumps, but reducing energy costs.
General Features
Graco Husky Air or Electric driven Diaphragm Pumps have an average of 5.5 m dry and 9 m depth suction with liquid, and a maximum 8.4 bar liquid outlet pressure. Pump models have a wide product range between ¼” – 19 lt/min and 3” – 1130 lt/min, depending on their inlet-outlet and capacity features. Material alternatives in contact with the fluid are:
• For Body 316 stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, polypropylene, acetal, PVDF, PTFE, PE.
• For interior components, they are teflon, viton, santopren, hitrel, NBR, Geolast.

• In case the discharge line is closed, the pump stops automatically without being damaged.
