Croda celebrated its 10th year anniversary in Turkey on September 22nd with a boat tour at the Bosphorus together with its team members, business partners and guests. Regional Director EEMEA, Mine Enustun gave a speech to the audience about the past 10 years of Croda Turkey and memories from the very first days of the establishment.
First established in 2011, Croda Turkey has grown into fully operating sales office. In
2013, Istanbul office first became a regional hub and managed the business in the neighbouring countries, Romania, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan. In 2016, Greece and
Israel were included in the responsibility of Croda Turkey.
Croda creates, makes and sells speciality chemicals into three core market sectors: Consumer Care (Personal Care & Home Care), Life Sciences (Health Care & Crop Care) and Performance Technologies and Industrial Chemicals. In accordance with its fundamentals, Croda works closely with its customers, providing them innovative solutions with excellent technical and regulatory support.
Journey that started with one person in Turkey office, 2011, continues with valuable 18 team members today.
Managing Director of Croda Turkey, Burak Eryilmaz focused on the next 10 years of Croda in his speech, mentioning the commitments and targets about Croda’s sustainability focus and our commitment to the Earth. In July 2021, Croda has become one of only three major chemical companies in the world to have our 1.5°C Science Based Target validated. As Croda, our commitment is to be Climate, Land and People
Positive by 2030 and to be the most sustainable supplier of innovative ingredients. We will help provide solutions to some of the world’s biggest challenges in the coming decades.
The party continued with 10th year anniversary cake and dances with DJ music all night long. The audience was very much pleased at the end of party in the boat and even wanted to stay and enjoy further.
