The concept of sustainability was first mentioned in the United Nations’ “Our Common Future” report in 1983. Globally, it has been defined as the vision of the future to produce without harming the ecological balance while meeting the daily needs of consumers. The fact that our natural resources are not endless in the current period is now a painful reality. It has become obligatory for all sectors to use our natural resources without harming the ecological balance.
It is obvious that sustainable production can be achieved not only with the producing sectors, but also with all its stakeholders, states, governments, local authorities and finally consumers. States take various sanction decisions in this area, while companies and institutions make serious studies on the formulas of making production without harming the environment while using existing resources more effectively with long-term planning.
Along with these institutions, consumers have also started to become more conscious about this issue. Recyclable, biodegradable packaging, products that do not contain micro plastics, etc. The packaging industry is the sector where sustainability is the most prominent.
In terms of bringing recyclable packaging to the industry, HD Uluslararasi has focused on packaging production that is fully recyclable and can use fully recyclable raw materials in its production, upon the demands from the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region, where it has been the representative for 23 years, with CLC (China Luenchong Dispensing Pump). The use of recycled raw materials, which was 30% in production at the beginning, was increased to 100% by the end of 2021. The raw material used in these special pumps produced by our CLC company was produced from 100% PCR (Processed post-consumer materials) processed post-consumer material of the supplier company, its related certificate is presented below. To list the advantages of our pumps, all parts of which are plastic; (fig. 2) fully recyclable, innovative elastic components, environmentally friendly, with vacuum function, PCR, super stability, all-plastic components, design that improves the use of space on the product shelves.

In addition, it is an excellent product for manufacturers who have oxidation problems due to metal spring in contact with the product in the package. (Figure 3)

All plastic pumps; they are 100% recyclable, conforming to international standards and non-toxic pumps made of all plastic materials, including the spring mechanism. The documentability of the raw materials and suppliers used in this regard is among the biggest expectations of the customers.
The usage areas: of the product can be used in all personal care products; shampoo, lotion, hair care cream, hair mask etc.
