Dermokoz Laboratory Services TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Experiment and Calibration Laboratories Standard in accordance with its plans and objectives; It aims to follow an impartial, fast, effective, continuous, accurate, stable, reliable and independent policy in accordance with current legislation and quality requirements, as well as presenting the analyzes of Cosmetics, Biocidal Products and Food products accurately and reliably.
At the beginning of the issues we call indispensable, respect for people and sensitivity to the environment; The assurance of the results we provide in the laboratory service we provide, our independence, impartiality and customer confidentiality. Ensuring and maintaining our personnel competence in all parameters related to our field of activity is one of our most basic quality policies. We always prioritize the sustainability of our quality management system in order to ensure continuity in maintenance, verification and calibration services in all devices, equipment and consumables that lead us to a result in our laboratory and not to ignore even the smallest deviation.
In our laboratory activities with a usage area of 1300 m
2, as a first step, we created Chemical Analysis and Microbiological Analysis units for cosmetic product analysis. In order to fully meet customer needs, we provide services to determine the effectiveness of the preservative used in cosmetic products, to determine microbial contamination, to learn the physicochemical status of the product, to determine the amount of preservatives used, to determine product claims, and to test shelf life and stability. According to international standards for the measurement of physical and chemical parameters of biocidal products, microbiological effectiveness tests and determining the amount of active substances; We provide services in accordance with the Biocidal Products Regulation for the analyzes required by the biocidal product registration dossier. In addition, we take a role in the market with our hygiene sanitation service and intellectual consultancy service for the environmental, machinery and personnel of the production facilities.
In addition to the standard analysis service in our laboratory, we have special services such as particle size, rheological property determination, zeta potential determination, sun protection factor (SPF) measurement specific to products with our hard-to-find equipment. In our cytology-histology laboratory that we have established, reconstructed human skin studies are carried out at a rapid pace with our expert staff. With the conclusion of this project, we are planning to carry out in-vitro tests (such as dermatological test, moisturizing test) that should be done in cosmetic and biocidal products in our laboratory.
Step by step, we are advancing towards our goals by combining the pieces of the puzzle with great care. We will meet with our customers very soon with our comprehensive Food Analysis Laboratory project, which is currently ongoing. We want to prevent import analysis purchases for the analysis needs of companies in our country, with our policy of doing what is not done, not what is done, which is our starting goal. We are working to include analyzes that cannot be done in our country, but which are carried out in the form of service procurement from abroad, within our scope of activity.
