Rolax Wet Paint Facilities

Rolax Surface Treatment Technologies project teams design projects regarding all kinds of criteria, such as considering the type of material to be coated, the type of coating material to be used, the required capacity, the physical condition of the area where the plant will be installed. And Rolax establish facilities with all Atex certified equipment in compliance with the standards of the Ministry of Environment. The main subjects subject to regulation in paint facilities are; ensuring environmental safety in explosive environments, ensuring personnel safety and compliance with environmental regulations. Since paint and air, which is an explosive substance as required by the process, cannot be prevented in the paint facilities, precautions are taken for the power supply not to ignite the explosion. Essentially, even if the electrical components of equipment such as fans and lighting fixtures in contact with air inside the facility are kept outside the facility, ex-proof equipment in accordance with Atex regulations should exist. All equipment such as fans and lighting fixtures used in Rolax surface treatment plants are Atex certified and the system guarantees the emission below the emission value by the Ministry of Environment.

Rolax Wet Paint Plant Filtration Systems

Rolax,selects filtering systems by evaluating the chemical structure of the coating material,the amount/time values of the coating material to be used,the volumetric effect of the material to be coated,the physical characteristics of the area where the plant will be installed, operating costs, environmental and occupational health safety.After feasibility studies, filtering technique, filter surface area, filter type,fan capacity and location of filters are determined. Filtration techniques are chosen as dry type or aqueous type according to the needs.

Rolax Wet Paint Plant Heating Systems

In standard applications, the desired temperature values during coating range are from 20°C to 25°C, and in drying, ranges from 60°C to 70°C. While drying, in some special coating applications, these values reach up to 200°C. According to your requirements, Rolax can manufacture heating systems that can be controlled digitally and suitable for the use of natural gas, electricity, LPG and LNG. In Rolax heating systems, maximum safety precautions are taken for the condensed hazardous gases that may occur in the heating units.

Rolax Wet Paint Plant Lighting Systems

While determining the selection of lighting fixtures by the angle and position of the luminaire, in addition to the required standard lighting values, Rolax takes into consideration the criteria such as the security level of the region where the facility is located, the size of the material, the position of the material within the facility and the level of quality control to be made within the facility. Rolax Combined Type Wet Paint Plants

They are three-function dry type filter plants where dyeing, flash off and drying can be performed in the same facility. All functions can be set on the PLC controlled display and operate automatically.

Rolax Dry Filter Wet Paint Plants

It is designed to be filtered from the wall or floor. During the application, over wet spray particles that do not come into contact with the surface in the environment are directed to special filters on the cabin wall or floor by means of fans. The air passing through the filter is discharged through the chimney.

Rolax Wet System Wet Paint Plants

It can be designed in two different types as water curtain and Venturi washing system. Water curtain is created on the wall by means of circulation pump in the water curtain system. The paint particles which are directed to the water curtain by means of the fans in the system are collected in the separation tank under the water curtain. In the Venturi washing system, a water washing system is designed under the floor.

Rolax Drying Ovens

Can be operated in the desired temperature range with digital control. Special design air circulation system ensures equal curing at every point of the material.

Surface Preparation Plants

Surface preparation is the process of applying the appropriate chemicals to the surface according to the type of the material and the determined sequence in order to improve the quality of the material before painting and to increase the coating quality. Spray or dipping techniques are mainly used for surface preparation before painting.
