Painting and Coating Thickness Measuring Equipments
There are two device types equipped with wired and stationary probes that provide correct and precise measurement capabilities. You can use this equipment in Paint Thickness Control.
It enables you to standardise the coating quality of the products, tracking of the painting process and the paint consumption to make it more economical.
Gloss Measuring Equipment
Again we can divide into two types, this device determines one of the main criteria of the paint which is measuring and controlling the gloss.
Color Meter
This product is used for checking the continuity of the color applied on the material and for the comparison of the product which is painted and reference color. This product imported by our company is preferred by our customers as it’s easy to carry and due to its ability to make an accurate and precise measurement.
Painting Adhesion (Cross – Cut) Test Equipment
It adheres to all surfaces (metal, plastic, wood) applied to powder coating and liquid painting. It is used to check that whether it’s sticking to the relevant standards. It is preferred due to its playable blade structure, long-lasting and easy-to-use blade which helps to apply the necessary pressure on the surface.
The technical information of the Cross-cut equipment, number and width of the knife specified according to ISO 2409 is given below.
• 6 blades with 1mm spacing from 1 to 60 microns,
• 6 blades with 2mm spacing in the range of 61-120 microns,
• When the paint thickness is more than 121 microns, it should be tested with 6 knife cross cut equipment with 3mm spacing.
Cutting the product only at the correct and appropriate intervals is not sufficient to complete the test. In order to get the correct result from the product, special cross-cut tape with 9,5N tensile strength is required.
Point Type Temperature Indicators;
This product is used to certify the temperature of the parts and furnace in all areas where heating is applied. There are designed products between 54⁰ - 260⁰C that allows us to measure the temperature.
There are several temperature measurement indicators for different temperature ranges. They are highly recommended as they are is easy to use, with the ability to make precise measurement product.

• 2 82⁰ - 132⁰C
• 2A 110⁰ - 160⁰C
