“HE” stands for the humid environment and refers to the Stäubli product range, which is increasingly used in food and metal part cleaning lines. Basically HE robots are designed for all applications and can be used in direct contact with liquids and cleaning detergents.
This robots were originally designed for machine tools, the food industry or for water-jet cutting at the beginning but now they have become a success story in the industrial parts cleaning industry.
In this way with Humid Environment (HE) robots, it is possible to continue with high performance in humid and harsh environments without interrupting your production process.
For more than 10 years, the HE concept has increased its reputation in the industry with its references.
These robots are designed to perform a variety of tasks from initial feeding of the components to the part cleaning lines such as transporting of parts during a wet chemical cleaning cycle and actively cleaning them with a strong high pressure jet.

Some Specifications
Reinforced with waterproof structure and fully enclosed arm structure, these robots are resistant to liquids with pH values between 4.5 and 8.5. The special surface coating protects the wrist and arm against external influences. In this context, stainless steel tool flange and critical parts are included.
In addition, the IP67 wrist provides protection against low pressure immersion and corrosion. Smooth shiny finish on the robot surface makes arm cleaning easier. Interconnection cables located underneath the arm are available for enhanced connection protection.
6-axis HE robots are also approved for salty environments and do not require an extra protection cover. The 6 axes robots offer an articulated arm for exceptional dexterity and flexibility. The compactness of the arm and the large working area ensure maximum utilization of the cell working area.
The integration of the robot into the production line is made easier by multiple connection methods. Floor, ceiling and wall mountings are possible.
