GreenGroup acquires Expert Cleaning to expand its portfolio of sustainable solutions for industrial customers in Romania.
GreenGroup, one of the leading companies in the circular economy and waste management in Eastern Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Expert Cleaning, a provider of specialized cleaning solutions for heavy industries and do-it-yourself shops in Romania.
This acquisition will contribute to GreenGroup's subsidiary Eltex Recycling, which manages industrial waste and creates new revenue streams and growth opportunities for the group.
Eltex Recycling will work closely with Andreea Mija, Founder and CEO of Expert Cleaning. Together, they will provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for industrial customers looking to reduce their environmental impact and comply with regulations.
