The much-anticipated debut of the Corr-ZeTM 200 Gel surface treatment product has been announced by CRW Consulting & Distribution, LLC in collaboration with Corrosion Innovations. This ground-breaking gel complies with the SSPC-SP 8 Pickling Standard and can be applied directly to rusted metal surfaces. Rinse with Corr-ZeTM 100 after applying the gel and allowing it to sit on the corroded area for the best effects.
This two-step method removes surface impurities such as chlorides, sulfates, and nitrates, as well as non-water-soluble pollutants such as sulfides, flash rust, and blast media, at a microscopic level. The end product is a passive surface with excellent coating adherence.
Dry fast without leaving any film or residue
By removing the need for recurrent surface preparation and same-day coating in most situations, the non-toxic and biodegradable Corr-ZeTM 200 Gel increases coating performance while considerably decreasing carbon footprints. At any concentration, Corr-ZeTM products are water-based and dry fast without leaving any film or residue. Corr-ZeTM corrosion treatments, unlike competing solutions, do not harm blasting equipment (valves, ceramic rods, and dynamic seals).
