MIPA takes over "Süddeutsches Lackwerk"

MIPA SE takes over the business of Süddeutsches Lackwerk Zelle GmbH & Co. KG. Süddeutsches Lackwerk has been producing high-temperature paints and functional coatings in Feldkirchen, near Munich, since 1922, in addition to traditional industrial coating systems.   As of July 1, 2022, the Mipa Group has taken over the business of Süddeutsches Lackwerk. The products will be manufactured at Mipa Group production sites in the future. All employees of Süddeutsches Lackwerk will be offered jobs at nearby Mipa Group locations, allowing employment relationships to be maintained if desired as a result of the takeover. The acquisition of Süddeutsches Lackwerk's business adds to MIPA's customer base and product portfolio in the industrial coatings sector.     Source
