Univar Solutions Acquires Kale Kimya
Univar Solutions Inc., a leading global solutions provider to specialty ingredients and chemicals users, has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Kale Kimya, a leading Turkish specialty chemicals distributor.
Established in 1975, Kale Kimya offers a wide range of cleaning products for the home and workplace, as well as high-profile formulation laboratory capabilities, technical expertise, and surfactants, emulsifiers, preservatives, UV filters, fragrances, conditioners, esters, polymers and emollients to its customers.

Financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed. The closing of acquisition, which is anticipated to happen in Q1 2023, is pending some regulatory approvals.
