Definition of IVYLANC™ P

IvyLanc™ P has the similar amino acid composition breakdown to that of hair and keratin. IvyLanc™ P is the tradename of the pea peptide, which is offered by Yangzhou Joyvo Weikem Biology Co. Ltd. in China. Joyvo produces IvyLanc™ P by using double enzymolysis technology. The amino acid component analysis shows us that it has reasonable amino acid distribution and high protein content. IvyLanc™ P is a multifunctional cosmetics ingredient as it absorbs and penetrates into the damaged hair perfectly where it repairs and smoothens hair surface. It has skin and hair moisturizing ability in addition to it is anti-oxidation and surface activity property. It is highly recommended to be used both as a conditioning and foam assisting agent in shampoos for hair care, also as a moisturizing and anti-aging ingredient for skin care. The recommended use level is 0,5% to 2%. IvyLanc™ P is a natural plant source hair care ingredient, which is 100% vegan, non-GMO and hypoallergenic.

Hair Repairing Properties

Bleached Asian hair were treated with IvyLanc™ P at 50° C for 15 min, washed with water afterwards and dried. It was repeated 5 times. Control was treated with water only. Foaming Ability of IVYLANC™ P

Foaming ability of IvyLanc™ P is determined by the Chinese Standards GB/T 7462. Compared with blank group, IvyLanc ™ P, added as 0,5% to shampoo, increases the volume and shampoo foam stability. Anti-Oxidant Effect Compared to VC Under same test condition, similar anti-oxidation curve comparing with VC can be obtained, that shows the ideal anti-oxidation of IvyLanc™ P.
